Symans Pharmaceuticals obtained its drug manufacturing license in 1990; however, the family’s journey in the veterinary sector began much earlier, in 1975. The group entered the market through Pakistan Medicos, which is still regarded as one of the largest and oldest wholesale and retail veterinary healthcare businesses in Pakistan. This early exposure allowed us to develop a strong understanding of market requirements and how to meet them effectively.

After earning the confidence of customers and stakeholders across the industry, the family established Symans Pharmaceuticals (Private) Limited. The company laid its foundation in 1985 and, following several years of successful operations, secured its manufacturing license and was registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies in 1994.

Over time, Symans Pharmaceuticals strengthened its position by consistently delivering quality products from a modern manufacturing facility. This commitment to quality and compliance led to the achievement of cGMP certification in 2000 and ISO 9001 certification in 2005.
