Doxycycline (as hyclate) 100 mg Colistin Sulphate 1 MIU
Treatment: 1 gm in 2 to 4 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 days. Preventions: 1 gm in 4 to 8 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.

It is caused for the prevention and treatment of colibacillosis, Salmonellosis, Enteritis and Mycoplasma in Poultry.
